The program was to design a condominium with 8 floors and 23 meters high at maximum, which become the challenges of this project as it has to contain 6 selling units with each one containing 2 bedrooms. The prominent point of this building is how the facade has 2 layers, each having windows randomly placed. These 2-layer facades work as insulation for heat gain, hiding condensing unit, making the building looks more interesting and destroy the boundary that separates each unit so outsider will not be able to easily understand how each unit work, giving full privacy to the residents.

The main concept of the project is to maximize the liveliness in the residents' space by putting a garden all over the building rather than having one dedicated garden space. I subtracted the building at the size of each room, making those spaces small gardens with some being only one level space and others with double space. More than that, I applied the same concept to the rooms by randomly adding certain building areas to some rooms, making them bigger. This resulted in the form of the building having both parts where it was subtracted and where it was added. By doing so, I managed to give a character to the building while maintaining organized interior spaces.
